收集並投票功能請求 —— 未登入也能瀏覽。
看板介面
反饋介面獨立於標籤頁組之外，並構建自己的認證客戶端，因此未登入訪客看到的是帶登入提示的看板而不是錯誤。GET /api/mobile/feature-requests 返回看板 —— 呼叫方的 canWrite 標誌、請求列表，以及成員已投過票的 id。
釋出與投票規則
POST 以標題與可選詳情建立請求，投票路由上的 POST 切換成員的投票。工作區成員及以上可提交與投票，訪客被拒絕。狀態依次為 open、under_review、planned、in_progress、shipped、closed；看板先按票數再按時間排序；新請求會在同一事務中記錄作者的投票、一條審計事件和 feature_request.created webhook。
驗證與排障
投票再取消、提交一條請求，並確認訪客寫入被拒。未登入訪客必須能看到帶登入提示的看板 —— 此處出現硬錯誤說明獨立認證客戶端回退了。
